No problem. There are two ways you can order from us without having to enter your
complete credit card number on the Web:
- Calling in your card number
Fill out our order form online. Once you have fully submitted your order, you can call in
your card number and expiration date at 1-603-926-5354. If representatives
are unavailable leave your name, phone number and email address and a brief
message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Even if you can't use our secure
server, this option is easy and protects the security of your credit card.
- Paying by check or postal money order
You can select "pay by check" on the order form, and send us a personal check or
money order in U.S. dollars for the amount of your order. PLEASE NOTE that currently we
are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks
denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must have a valid nine-digit
bank routing number (ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom of the check. Paying by check
does slow down your order, as we don't order your items until your check is
received, and we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear. If you are in the
United States, paying by personal check typically delays your order fifteen
business
days.
Guarantee Details:
- Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than
$50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00,
KidsNshoes by KidsNsites will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00.
KidsNshoes by KidsNsites will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your
credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at KidsNshoes by
KidsNsites while using the secure server.
- In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card
provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
