A)
KidsNshoes.com tries hard to give guidelines on the
fit, quality and descriptions of our products.
Our wide selection of styles, sizes and brands will have variability in
how shoes fit since their is no absolute standard sizing in shoes or clothing.
Fit does vary from brand to brand and even from style to style within a brand.
Some styles may fit a certain shaped foot better than others so if assistance is
needed feel free to call our number (1-603-926-5354) or email us at
orders@kidsnsites.com and we can help
recommend to you the proper style and/or size needed based on information you
can provide describing your child's feet. If representatives are
unavailable leave your name, phone number and email address and a brief message
and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Ultimately, it is up to you to
determine the best size and fit for your child. When you receive your
shipment and need help to verify the fit please give us a call and we can walk
you through steps to determine how the shoe should fit your child and how much
room is needed for the normal growth. If you need to return shoes we will
give you a return authorization number that will help us track your return.
We ask that you make your return within (30) thirty days
of the purchase date and credit to original credit card will be made (generally
within 10 to 14 days) after the shoes have been received and inspected..
B) KidsNshoes.com does not warrant the fit of any footwear. If a question regarding fit arises, returns must be made, unworn, and in the original packaging, within (30) thirty days of the purchase date and credit to original credit card will be made. Shoes not shipped in their original packaging or packaging that is damaged or marred due to improper shipping by the customer is subject to a $5.00 repackaging fee (note: please do not apply tape or labels directly to the boxes, wrap in shipping paper or in shipping cartons please!). Under no circumstances, except in the case of defective footwear, (see "C" below), will worn footwear be accepted, credited, refunded, or exchanged by KidsNshoes.com.
C) Defective Footwear: KidsNshoes.com defines defective footwear as any footwear that is flawed concerning workmanship or materials, and is warranted by the manufacturer. Defective footwear must be returned within (30) thirty days of the purchase date. Returns thought to be defective, will be inspected promptly and if a warranted manufactured defect is found, KidsNshoes.com will gladly replace or exchange the defective footwear. The cost of shipping and handling any footwear determined to have a warranted manufacturer defect, will be the responsibility of KidsNshoes.com. Any footwear determined not to be a warranted manufactured defect, will be returned to the customer promptly, and the cost of shipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer. KidsNshoes reserves the right to charge the cost of the returned shipment.
D) After (30) thirty days from purchase date, returns may be accepted by KidsNshoes.com for store credit only. KidsNshoes reserves the right to return the shoes to you at your expense or issue a store credit for all returns accepted after thirty (30) days.
E) All returns must have a return authorization from KidsNshoes. To obtain a return authorization, you may contact KidsNshoes.com by e-mail or by phone 1-603-926-5354. If representatives are unavailable leave your name, phone number and email address and a brief message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please DO NOT return shoes to the manufacturer.
F) A Store credit will be issued for all shoes returned to the manufacturer. KidsNshoes reserves the right to return all shoes received without a return authorization number, worn or received more than 30 days after purchase date. All shoes accepted will be issued a STORE credit only.
G) Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer but KidsNshoes provides FREE shipping on exchange orders (shipping in 7 to 10 workdays). Exchange orders requiring regular or expedited shipping will need to be processed as a normal order with shipping paid by the customer.
H) Shipping and Handling: In the case of shipping error, KidsNshoes.com will gladly cover the return shipping cost of the item shipped in error (UPS Ground or United States Postal Service standard mail only), as well as the cost to ship the corrected item to the customer. To receive credit for shipping costs you incurred please email KidsNshoes at: e-mail. Be sure to keep a copy of your shipping costs until the credit appears on your credit card statement.
I) Upon receipt of the returned merchandise the purchase price of the merchandise will be credited to the original credit card account or refunded if payment was made by check less any applicable shipping or repackaging charges per restrictions above.
